Honest, transparent, trustworthy

I was recommended these guys by a neighbour and they did not disappoint. My son’s car broke down just before they closed for Christmas and after popping into see them about the issues John the owner asked Ben one of the mechanics to come to my house straight away to run some tests. My 18yr old was devastated to not have his car for the holidays. Later that day they took the car to the garage on a flatbed in readiness to start work on 02nd Jan 25. Within 30 mins of opening on 02nd Jan, they called with the issue. All approved for repair and my son was given his car back earlier than expected on 04th Jan. Ben the mechanic came into the garage at 6am on 04th Jan to complete the work before they closed at 1pm for the weekend as he knew my son was lost without his car. We were kept informed throughout the process of the diagnostic testing and all staff were very professional and friendly. To find a mechanic who is honest, transparent, trustworthy and who also goes above and beyond is a rare find these days. I would 💯 recommend these guys to anyone.
